The FSAC gives you the chance to show that you have the skills and personal qualities to be a successful fast streamer.

Written Advice Exercise

This exercise is designed to test your ability to provide written advice and recommendations to a senior team within a government department on the implications of a new proposal.

Stakeholder Communication Exercise

This is a one-to-one role-play scenario where you will respond to questions from your line manager, portrayed by the Assessor, concerning an assessment or implementation of a government policy.

Personal Development Conversation

This is a 30 minute interview and is the third and final exercise you will complete at FSAC. 

It is a one-to-one discussion with an Assessor.
