About the Fast Stream Assessment Centre
The Fast Stream Assessment Centre (FSAC) is a half-day online event. It is your opportunity to show us the skills and potential you would bring to the Civil Service.
Reaching this stage is a significant achievement. We will measure your potential against our set criteria.
You will complete 3 exercises:
- Written Exercise
- Oral Briefing Exercise
- Personal Development Conversation
Exercises may share a common theme, but they are separate tasks.
Your performance in each exercise is marked independently and by different assessors.
