What happens after FSAC?

Your feedback report

You will receive a performance report, whether you are successful or not. This will provide feedback on your scores on each exercise, with a description of what a high-performing response looks like, alongside some general development tips. 

You can view your report from the Fast Stream homepage as soon as it becomes available.

Important: Save your feedback

Make sure you save or screenshot your feedback report for your personal records. This information will be removed at the end of May 2027, and you will not be able to request it after this date.

Final Selection Boards

If you are successful at FSAC for the schemes listed below, you will attend a specialist assessment known as a Final Selection Board (FSB). 

This stage tests skills and strengths specific to your chosen scheme. Information about these assessments will be in the FSB Guide, linked in your invitation. Please read this guide carefully before you attend.

If you applied for the Policy or Digital Fast Stream schemes, the FSAC is the final part of your selection process.

What happens if you are successful

If you are successful, our onboarding team will send you detailed information about the next steps. This includes your formal job offer, information about pre-employment checks, and how you will be placed into your first post.
