Who we are

The digital team, also known as the Chief Digital Information Office (CDIO) are responsible for HMRC’s IT services. This includes supporting our colleagues IT needs and leading digital transformation projects to support our customers.  

What we do

We are one of the largest digital organisations in the UK and have a number of specialisms to cover the wide range of work that we do. Every role has a defined career path so there will be lots of opportunities to develop your skills. Typical roles in CDIO include:

The team’s task is to continue to deliver high-quality data and technology services to drive this digital transformation, while still providing outstanding services to our customers.
