Equality, diversity & inclusion

We’re proud of our inclusive culture – we want employees to be able to bring their whole self to work

Our culture

Proud of our inclusive culture

We want employees to be able to bring their whole self to work, and that means ensuring everyone feels included in the workplace regardless of who they are and how they identify.

There are various staff-led networks that are open to all employees. Networks meet up regularly and run activities for members such as talks from external speakers. Networks can also be an important catalyst for change within an organisation and can influence policy and decision making to be more inclusive.
