Our people and culture

Our culture is innovative, collaborative and kind and our people are at the heart of everything we do. We value the diversity, experiences and perspectives each colleague brings, creating an environment where everyone can contribute with purpose. This approach builds a workplace where colleagues feel genuinely valued, heard and empowered – not only to do their best work, but to grow both personally and professionally.

Testimonial from Richard, our User Centred Designer

โ€œYou learn by doing and youโ€™re supported by a warm, collaborative culture. You wonโ€™t be sitting in a corner doing hypotheticals – youโ€™ll work on real projects that make a difference for the people of Wales.

Iโ€™ve been very lucky. I couldnโ€™t ask for better support!โ€

Inclusion and wellbeing

Weโ€™re proud of our inclusive workplace that reflects the diverse communities we serve Through access to a wide range of staff networks, our bilingual policy, and comprehensive Welsh language support, we work hard to ensure that everyone feels welcome, supported and able to contribute confidently.

Mental health and wellbeing are a priority for us. Colleagues have access to dedicated mental health services through our employee assistance programme, a weekly wellbeing hour and support from our mental health first aiders. Our wellbeing group plays a key role too – bringing people together through social activities and health promotion initiatives that help us to learn, connect and find joy. From book clubs to bake-offs, thereโ€™s something for everyone.
