Working for the Department of State
Working in DOS I really feel like I am at the heart of things, the variety of work is unmatched, Iโve done everything from delivering SWP training courses to reviewing workforce plans, to working on organisational change – no day is ever the same here.
Following the birth of my daughter, my transition back to work after a year off has been so smooth, significantly helped by the opportunity to work flexibly and compressed hours.
