What we offer and why the Planning Inspectorate is a great place to work
At the Planning Inspectorate, we care – about each other, our customers, our performance and our culture. It defines who we are, how we work, and how we interact with each other and our customers.
Our manifesto, ‘the PINS way’ reflects the values and behaviours that will enable us to be a positive, inclusive and innovative workplace.
The PINS Way is not just a document; it’s a living, breathing part of our organisation. It shapes our decisions, actions and the way we celebrate our successes. By embracing these behaviours, we create a supportive environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to our collective success.
We are ‘onePINS’ …
