Inspiring careers
When you join us, youโll help play a vital role in our mission to protect the economy. Every year, we return millions of pounds to creditors, provide millions in support for people in financial distress, and investigate millions of pounds lost to financial crime. All our colleagues contribute to our mission to deliver economic confidence, from office managers to administrative assistants.
We offer a wide range of rewarding roles. No matter where you work best – whether up front helping customers, or behind the scenes with computers – we offer interesting and engaging work that makes a real difference to people every day.

Across the organisation, youโll encounter friendly, welcoming faces. Weโre proud that our teams draw on a diverse range of experiences and backgrounds. We welcome all perspectives and believe diversity is one of our core strengths.
Weโre interested in your behaviours and ability, not your previous job title. You may be working in a similar role already โ we welcome applications from other civil servants. Or you could have transferrable skills or experiences that will help us, even if insolvency is new to you. If youโre looking to change career, try something new, or move into the Civil Service, weโd love to hear from you.
