Workplace Benefits

Leave – We offer a leave allowance that starts at 25 days and goes up to 30 days after 5 years of service. You will also get 8 days of public leave and 1 day of privilege leave.
Pension – A very generous Civil Service pension scheme, with low employee contributions.
Family friendly policies – This includes maternity, adoption or shared parental leave of up to 26 weeks with full pay, followed by 13 weeks statutory pay and a further 13 weeks unpaid at your discretion. We also offer paternity leave of 4 weeks at full pay.
