Our Success Profiles framework is made up of five elements: Behaviours, Strengths, Ability, Experience and Technical. The hiring manager for each advertised job will decide which of these they will ask you for evidence about. This video tells you what you'll need to provide throughout the assessment process with supporting guidance on each step.
